"Carlene Mitchelle Andrews entered into eternal peace on April 20, 2023 at age 58. Carlene was a native of Rochester, NY, born on July 24th, 1964. She was a student of Rochester City School District through high school graduation, and she completed post-secondary training for Cosmetology, Carpentry, and Healthcare Support-PCA/HHA. She worked in many industries prior to acquiring disability, and in recent years, she's been a proud volunteer, always lending a helping hand to others in need. Carlene believed in God and Jesus Christ, and she was a member of Triedstone Missionary Baptist Church, led by her spiritual mom, Pastor Joyce Young.

Carlene was a social butterfly, she always looked forward to gatherings with family and friends, and she was loved by so many people. Carlene also had a Heart of Gold, she was caring, generous, resourceful, humorous, determined, faithful, confident, creative, and a leader/boss.

Carlene was predeceased by her parents, Lucious Andrews Sr. and Rebecca Washington; loving brother, Patrick Andrews; and son, Charles Andrews. Carlene leaves to cherish her memory three children, Cortney (Tiffany) Andrews, Christine Andrews, and Cordale (Diamond) Andrews; nine grandchildren, Cha'Mara, Jaquise, Mekhi, Bishop, Ra'Mani, Jaiden, Ka'Mari, Ariel, and Cordale Jr; sisters, Cathy Washington, Faye Andrews, Jamyia Williams, Brenda Robinson, and Denise Lanier; brothers, Lucious Andrews Jr. and Martez Andrews; many nieces and nephews; and a host of beloved relatives and friends.

Carlene will be missed by all who knew her. While she was taken too soon from our world, her imprint of who she was will never leave our hearts. Until we meet in Heaven, Carlene, may you rest in eternal paradise. 🙏🏾 "
