Obituary for Curtis T. Brown
Curtis T. Brown was born on Feb 13, and passed in peace on May 2, 2021 at the age of 65, after an extended illness. He was born in New York and was raised in Bluefield, W.Va. Curtis graduated from Park Central High School and attended Bluefield State College briefly where he played Basketball before joining the US Navy.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Brown-Hawkins.
He was a loving father to Natasha Forney of Fort Worth, TX, Curtis Brown Jr. of Albany, NY, Tierra Brown and Terrell Brown of Buffalo, NY. He was a proud grandfather to Aaliyah Brown, A'lure Brown, Curtis Brown, Jowell Brown, Jusiah Galbreath, Karter Brown, Mariah Brown, Marzhay Brown, Savannah Brown and Sydney Brown. Also surviving are his Aunt Deborah Brown-Ingram, (Georgia) his brother, Fernando Hill (Rochester) and his sister Deborah Monley (Georgia) and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
He will always be remembered for his love of food and sports.
In honoring the wishes of Curtis Brown, Cremation occurred upon his passing and his ashes will be shared amongst his children.
