Obituary for Lonnie B. Lowman
Lonnie B. Lowman was born January 17, 1954 in Oviedo, Florida to Bertha Walker and Leon Lowman. He attended Jackson Heights Elementary School and Crooms High School. He relocated to Rochester, New York in 1972.
Lonnie was a member of the North Greece Church of Christ. He was a true “people person,” willing to help anyone he could. He was a family-oriented, fun-loving individual whose love was especially felt by his nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
He departed this life peacefully and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5:53a.m. He leaves to cherish his memory: seven siblings: Genny Williams, Janie (David) Anderson,
Margie Lowman-McDowell, Barbara (Alfred) English, Leon Lowman Jr., Jessie (Mary) Lowman and Jerome Lowman. He also leaves a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, church family and special friends.
