Issaiah Mathis was born December 6th 1999 in Rochester, NY to Brandon Hawkins and Erica Mathis. He attended the Rochester City School District. He worked for CEO as an environmental worker. Issaiah loved the Lord and he loved his family. He accepted the Lord as his savior when he was 9 years old where he sang in church. OH BUT THAT SMILE and LOVE that illuminated from lssaiah It would make you fall in love with him immediately. His charm was unforgettable. He was very outgoing, generous, and selfless (putting others before himself). He loved everyone and always made everyone laugh. He loved to dress and have female friends. Wow he was Brandon Hawkins son. He loved to sing and look at his self in the mirror.

The special moments in his life was when he started working at CEO, the day he got off Parole, when he received his GED and his efforts to find each one of his sisters and brothers. His favorite statement was, "OKAYYYDEN"

Issaih was blessed, he was predeceased by his father Brandon Hawkins, grandmother Beverly Shepherd and grandfather Winston Mathis Sr., He leaves to cherish his memories his loving mom Erica Mathis, his lovingand devoted grandmother Elder Cherri Hawkins,; four brothers Robert Rhodes, Brandon White, Tajmeik Hawkins, Jabari Hawkins, four sisters: Avrinna Vargas, Unique Rhodes, Nyree Brown, Tamia Hawkins; three aunts Cierra Hawkins, Kerine Dent-Alston & Rineka Jones, four uncles, Caprice Clark, Winston & Edward Mathis and James Cole,; one nephew Noah Elijah, his God morn April Shepherd;, a host of cousins and other family and friends that loved him dearly. We will miss him forever and ever and ever. We will see you again.
