Elcar M Simmonds was born July 16, 1930 in Clarendon Jamaica. She went to sleep on August 7, 2020 in Rochester New York. She was 90 years young. Elcar was a loving mother to five children (USA), eleven grandchildren (USA), and six great grand children (USA). She also leaves sister Daphne (Jamaica) and brother Winston (Jamaica), along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in the USA, England, Canada, and Jamaica. She will be greatly missed.
