Willie Carter IV was born in Rochester, New York on February 4, 2003 at 12:20 a.m., the son of Dominique Jones and Willie Carter. Willie attended Leadership Academy for Young Men, where he was a sophomore. In May of this year, he took the Navy Entrance Exam in hopes of becoming a Navy Seal. Willie was also aspiring to become a rap artist and produced numerous videos. In his younger years, he was a Boy Scout and studied Karate. He loved spending time with family, eating good food and listening to music. He was a sweet, loving son, always giving out hugs and
kisses and “goofing around”. His circle of love included close family members with whom he shared a special bond.
