Tracy Clifford Gilmore was born 11/28/1956 at Mitchell Field Air Force Hospital in Garden City, Long Island NY. He attended Manhasset High School and was a star basketball player. After high school he continued his education at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, after which he worked at General Motors. He has always been a good brother, father, friend and employee.

He leaves to mourn his children, Jairus, Jasmine and Babatu along with four siblings and a host of friends and relatives. Friends may call Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 10AM -11AM with services to follow at the Metropolitan Funeral Chapels 109 West Ave Rochester NY 14611.
