It is with Great Sadness that the family of Gertrude Baker Thedford announces her passing after a brief illness on Monday May 28, 2018 at the age of 81. Gertrude will be lovingly remembered by her children, Theotis(Cynthia), daughter Lynn, Douglas(Trudy). Gertrude will fondly be remembered by her 7 Grandchildren, Lakrisha, Theotis III, Aaron, Sherrita, Sharada, Maureen and Audrey and eight Great Grandchildren. She will forever be remembered by her brother sisters and live eternally in the hearts of her numerous nieces, nephews, students, and dear friends.

Visitation, Friday June 1, from 6PM-8PM at Mt. Vernon BC.351 Joseph Avenue. Funeral Service Saturday June 2 at 11AM at the Church. Rev. Harmon E. Stockdale, Pastor Officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo NY.
