On February 25,1956 in Bellglade Florida, Georgia Ann Ross was born to the late Rev. James Ross and Sally Ross

At a young age, Ann as we called her moved to Rochester, New York where she attended East High School. In elementary and high school she ran track and played baseball. Ann worked several years at Monroe Community Hospital and The Center for Disability Rights. Ann enjoyed fishing, having family gatherings and showing people love. She enjoyed spending time with her companion Morris Cooper and her 4 grandsons.

God called Ann home on November 22, 207. She is predeceased by her young Mark James Ross.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her devoted and loving companion of over 30 years Morris Cooper. her mother Sally Ross McCullough, her 3 children Alvin (lil Chucky), Artie Mae and Calvin Hobby. Ann’s 4 Grand Kids, Calvin Hobby Jr., Roger Nigel Roberts, Marcus Hobby and Cortez Bussey. Her 8 siblings; Susan Jenkins (James), Fatima Sabur, Charlotte Ross, Debra Ross Gamble (Earl), James Ross Jr., Janice Ross, Ponderosa Rosier (Donald). Ann’s oldest nephew Eddie Brinson and oldest Niece Sonya Ross. and a host of nieces, nephew’s other relatives and her children's father Alvin Hobby Sr.,
