Essie Mae Williams was born August 24, 1942 in Warrington Georgia to the late Mr. Filmy and Mrs. Cliffy Williams. She was raised by her loving Aunt and second mother the late Mrs. Maude Williams. She work in the health care industry as a CNA for over 20 years. Her last place of employment was The Hurlbut Nursing Home.
Essie Mae loved gardening and helping others if you were in need of advice she was there. She really loved music especially the Blues. She was an advent cook loving to fix special dishes for her family.
Having departed this world on Wednesday, May 10 at the U of R Medicine Strong Memorial Hospital surrounding by family. She leaves behind a son Dennis Smith, a daughter Rosina Williams, and a granddaughter Kiara Smith. In addition to her cousins and close friends.
